Terms and Conditions
Southampton Transfer is a trading name of Jacob Miles Ltd. These terms apply to quotation requests and bookings for private pre-booked transfers to and from Southampton Cruise Port.
Quotations
A quotation is provided based on the details you supply. Submitting a quotation request does not confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed only after availability, price and payment have been confirmed in writing by us.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in advance and confirmed in writing. We do not publish fabricated prices. Any quotation clearly explains what is included, such as meet-and-greet arrangements and any stated parking allowance.
Vehicle allocation
Vehicle selection is based on the full booking, including passengers and all luggage. We do not guarantee luggage capacity without collecting your complete luggage details. Final suitability depends on luggage sizes and quantities.
Flight monitoring and timings
We monitor the flight information supplied with your booking and adjust airport collection planning where reasonably possible. Journey times depend on traffic, date and collection time and cannot be guaranteed. Any significant changes will be handled in accordance with these terms.
Cancellations and changes
Significant changes or cancellations will be handled in accordance with the booking terms confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Service area
We provide private transfers between Southampton Cruise Port, Heathrow, Gatwick and Central London. We do not offer tours, local taxi journeys, coach travel or shared shuttle services.
